Orders normally ship within 24 hours, some bigger orders might take up to 48 hours.
All shipments are subject to stock availability. Our daily shipping cutoff for in stock merchandise is 4:00pm Pacific Time for UPS Shipments, 5:00pm Pacific for USPS Shipments.
We have a local PDX Airport USPS Facility that is open for drop off until 11:00pm
which enables us to have the 5:00pm Pacifice Time cutoff
If an item is out of stock you should see this "out of stock" information on the product page.. You will be notified by e-mail if by chance you placed your order and the prodcuts was not listed as "out of stock"
If an item is out of stock with us, we can usually have the item in stock within 4 days-unless the Manufacture or Distributor also has the item/items on back-order in any case you will be notified of the back-order situation.
You will not be charged for any back-order items.. you will only be charged at the time of shipment.
If you would like to use an alternate carrier such as DHL, or FedEx which we do not offer in our shopping cart. Please call in your order or Fax in your order with your alternate shipping request. you can also ue your own FedEx or DHL account number if you wish.
