Q: Can I call to place an order over the phone or Fax in my order?
A:Yes, you can Phone In, E-Mail or Fax your order to us.
It is best to go through the checkout process via our shopping cart first, then under payment methods choose. either Phone-In, Fax, or E-mail as payment method. once we receive and confirm the order you will be e-mailed the invoice with a link to our Secure Payment Gateway Processing Link.

Q: When will my order be shipped?
A:Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours or purchase, if fact most orders are shipped out same day.
Q: Do you stock everything you sell?
A:We do try to keep stock of most items that we sell, anything that we do not have in stock we will get if from our fulfillment center next day and be ready to ship to you. Shippments arrive daily from our fulfilment center. (in our state) Our cutoff time is 4:00pm We will also drop ship direct from the manufacturer if needed.
Q: What are the shipping methods offered on your website?
A:We offer USPS, UPS and our two shipping methods. Local customers can also select (Local Pickup) and bypass the shipping cost.
Q: What are the shipping rates?
A: Shipping rates are real time calculated via USPS or UPS based on weight and shipping location-
Note:If you would like to see the shipping cost fast, the best thing to to would be to register on our site then your shipping address will automatically come up when you login. then you can have an instant shipping quote when adding products to your shopping cart. A:Yes we ship worldwide. We offer USPS 1st class and Priority Mail as well as USPS Express Mail International. We also offer UPS international shipping.

A:We do accept Personal Checks, Business Checks, Money Orders and Cashiers Checks.

Q:Can I order a product/or products and make payments for the purchase?
A:We do not issure credit to customers, but if requested you can purchase an item from us. and we can put you on a payment plan.. Say you really want that GPS unit or Handheld Radio or ANR Headset, but really cannot afford to purchase all at once.. you can make payments. We would like to not exceed 3 or 4 payments. Once you have paid in full, then we will ship the item to you.

Canceling or Exchanging an order
Q: How to I canel an order?
A: If for some reason you have placed an order then decide you need to cancel the order please contact us ASAP by phone or our e-mail contact page and let us know. Hopefully we find out before the order has been shipped.
Q: How to I go about exchanging an item for another item?
A:
Say you need to exchange apparel for a different size. our maybe you just decide you would like to exchange an item for something else. Just return the item to us and put a note in with the box requesting an exchange. It is best to let us know ahead of time by either calling us or e-mailing so we can expect the exchanged item to arrive and have your alternate ready to ship. We will credit or apply the difference if any in price.
Q: How do I return an item and receive a refund?
A:Please refer to our (Return Polocy) page in the help box. We have a very simple return policy. Refunds will be processed as soon as we receive the returned item. A credit will show up on your account with 3 days of the processed refund.

we sell, come with a standard manufacturers warranty. usually a 1 to 5 year warranty.
Of course any item that you purchase from us comes with a 30 day money back guarantee, and if an items comes defective let us know, and we can either refund or exchange the item. Call us for instructions for Manufacturers Warranty items.. that might need to be shipped back to the Manufacturer for replacement.
