I purchased a BOMBER JACKET for my grandson. The personal service provided by Jakes to insure the correct size,informed me the size I ordered was on back order and said I could have a larger size and if it didn"t fit I could return it. This was all done by a phone call FROM JAKES to take care of it! I received the order 1 day after the call. Service/speed.personal touch far above superb!!! I highly recommend doing business with Jakes and they have a life long customer!!!! |
